How to compile everything about a client into one file so Claude becomes an instant expert — every single session.
Here's something most people don't realize about Claude:
Every new chat session starts completely fresh.
Claude doesn't remember your last conversation. It doesn't know who your clients are. Every time you open a new chat, you're starting from zero.
That means if you work on the same client every week, you're re-explaining:
- Who they are
- What they do
- Who their customers are
- What their brand voice sounds like
- What their services are
- What you're trying to achieve
That's exhausting. And it's time you're wasting.
Prime (Tracy) solved this by creating what we call a knowledge base file — a single document that contains everything Claude needs to know about a client.
You feed it to Claude at the start of every session. One paste. Done. Claude is now an expert on that client for the entire conversation.
Here's a template you can fill in for any client:

After 3-4 clients, you'll have 3-4 knowledge base files ready to go.
Opening Claude to work on any client takes seconds. You paste the file, and you're instantly back in context — no re-explaining, no guessing, no generic results.
This is how you go from "Claude is okay" to "Claude saves me 2 hours a day."
Pick one client you work with regularly. Fill in as much of the template as you can — even 50% is enough to start.
In the next module, we'll go further — turning this into a proper "skill" that loads even faster.
Download and use these templates in your own projects.
